  • Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products

  • We sell beauty accessories, including press-on nails and bracelets.

  • All products are non-medical, non-customized, and mass-produced.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in MYR.

  • Payment must be made in full before orders are processed.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • FPX online banking

    • Credit/Debit cards

    • E-wallets

  • Payments are processed securely via Fiuu.

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship internationally via EasyParcel.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 7 days upon order confirmation.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or events beyond our control. We will, however, assist customers in following up with the courier where possible.

Lost Parcels

  • If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will assist in filing a claim.

  • Resolution will be provided in the form of store credit or replacement, subject to availability.

  • No cash refunds will be issued.

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement. If the parcel is returned, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by the destination country.

7. User Content & Reviews
