RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item only if:

  • The item is defective

  • Full original packaging is intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference issues

  • Wear and tear

  • Incorrect size or style selection


3. Return Process

  • Customers must contact us at customer@niasnias.style before returning any item.

  • Approved returns must be sent using the provided instructions.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by us for approved defective items.


4. Refund Method

  • Approved returns will be compensated via store credit only.

  • Store credit validity and usage terms will be communicated upon approval.

  • Cash refunds are not provided.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
